Fit Family for Life

My Family, Health, Fitness and my husband and daughters are my #1 priorities in life.

I am 30 years old, married and a mother of 2 daughters (6 years and 1 year). I stay at home with my kids while also being the childcare provider for a few other toddlers. I love every minute of it!

I strive to stay healthy by eating well and staying active....I try to teach my kids to do the same. My 6 year old daughter is already following in my foot steps by eating healthy and loving to exercise.

I'm looking for other people with the same interests in parenting, health, fitness, etc....to share new ideas, help me stay motivated and hopefully motivate others along the way!
